Regular working hours for the utility’s maintenance staff is 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Upon customer request, and subject to availability of maintenance staff, services may be performed outside regular working hours at the after-hours rate. Maintenance staff is guaranteed to be paid for a minimum of 3 hours for all after hour’s work.
