The customer is responsible for all leaks, breaks or other problems beyond the service-connecting fitting. Any questions about responsibility are answered by calling our office. A shutoff valve must be installed down stream of the water meter. The meter vault located on a customer’s property must be unobstructed and freely accessible at all times.
